Vince, IYO. or Anyone who knows!! Was there any past Reg S. Financing by Foreign investors? Of or in MDIN, or MDHM over the past years?

As I'm reading these people do not have to abide by U.S. securities laws that would otherwise prevent them from shorting the stock.

This is why people so often have accounts in Canada or the
Caribbean, so they can short a stock from offshore that they would not
be able to do inside the borders of this country.

And, no they do not have to report that. They merely sell the stock
short and convert at, usually, a discounted strike price -- these terms would be defined in the debenture prospectus if filed by a reporting company, or would the company have to be reporting to offer any type debt financing?

Could a insider or any holder of a PP. issue bring about a short on there debt holdings in the company from time to time??? Is that possible?????? Sorry about all, the questions I'm looking for the facts on this just as much as you and others who have to live with these type shorts and borders of legal issue. Yet if it can be done outside this country is it not legal were it's taking place?

Regards,
Jim....
