Robert: Interesting link. And I see some of the defendants hail from Boca, eh? The heart of "Maggot Mile" of southeastern Florida.

Now why am I not surprised. Heh!

John~

Good post, Robert, I hope the company wins.

My case is:

Opinions are not easily DISPROVABLE.
Half-truths are not DISPROVABLE.
Statements taken out of context are not DISPROVABLE.
Clever distortions of statements are not easily DISPROVABLE.

My ANALYSIS and CONCLUSION about Larry is not PROVABLE. Provability doesn't even exist in practicality in our entire justice system. Proof ends up being a concensus of opinion about presented alleged facts, where the simpler the situation, the more easily discernable is the actual truth value. A whiz-bang attorney can talk a jury out almost anything.

My conclusion about Larry stems from his presentation, and constant repetition of negative interpretations, here and on the Yahoo thread, that seem to be out of proportion or inappropriately persistent with NO REAL MOTIVE or at least one we've yet to discover.

I do NOT apologize for my conclusion.
