<<.all in, after metallurgical evaluation, underground VMS deposits must have the equivelent of at least 8% copper equivelent, and at least 10 million tonnes or they won't make it>>

First, TG-1 is open pit.. not underground. Their costs will be much below those of underground mines.

Second there are many VMS with much less than 8% copper equivalent operating today at positive cash flows with current prices. It doesn't mean that TG will have a IRR high enough to justify production with current prices. The feasibility study will say. But given the fact that metal prices are their lowest prices of the cycle, I say MAN is developing at the right time.

<<.the big problem with the young VMS deposits in Central and South America is that they are fine grained which makes for poor
metallurgy >>

Fine grained pyrictic bodies are not necessarily a problem if you do it right. Look at the deposit in the Iberian belt of Portugal and Spain they all have more thn 50% pyrite. Eurozinc is 75%+ find grained pyrite and is already achieving more than 83% recoveries in tests.

There are still unknown in this play. But it remains valid. In that regard, a very similar situation to your favorite stock.

Here we go again.

if this was so sh*t hot, why would a big outfit like BGRM walk?

C'mon. Why did Inmet sell Antamina? Big outfit like BGRM wasn't interested at the time. Manhattan cofounded by person who left BGRM, essentially to explore Tambo more. Same person owns a boatload of shares (500,000+) - just in case we go around that circle again.

Another example is the VMS belt being explored by FAN-T in Mexico.....many majors walked from the belt after exhaustive metallurgical studies......

And Antamina sat around for 25 years before it got the greenlight. Sure, it is a complicated Skarn system, but it isn't unusual.

if so much archived core etc. is available, perhaps MAN should get some preliminary metalurgy done before drilling

They did.

and promoting eh?

Why do all the people with aliases say Manhattan promotes the stock? Show me one recent example of any promotion. Show me one past example. Showing up in the "Hot Stocks" section because the stock gained is not promotion. This stock is not promoted. A couple of dog and pony shows out east to raise some cash, but that's it.

Alternately, if they have some of this kind of data from old BGRM reports etc., how about disclosing it to the public,

They have. See interval data on their web page, or press release from March 1997.

or is this just another sofisticated and slick TSE style pump and dump?

Sigh. IF this were a pump and dump, it is the dumbest one in history.
