Ironically downgrades can be buy signals, but always wait at least 3 days after them for the weak hands to fold out. Downgrades depress a stock temporarily whether they're rational or not. Analysts point to "need to replace 370 mill in revenue from Y2K in 1998" but the stock has already come down 65% from its high a year or so ago, so where is the beef now? CEO Keane promised 25% ish growth 3-5 years. Hve a ton of cash and are in good position to adjust their sights to wherever the money is.
