Hey Susie, I have found a stock which I feel is a potential big time mover..First off it has a total of As of April 15, 1999, of 13,117,214 shares of common stock of the Company. Of that total 4 million is the OS (FLOAT) the rest held by Insiders. they are or have started to reinvent themselves as an IT, AS 400 AND E commerace Company. Officers all have stock purchase options as copied from filings: No Option Grants Table is set forth herein because no options were granted to the above-named executive officers in 1998. The following Option Exercises and Year-End Value Table sets forth, for each of the named executive officers, information regarding the number and value of unexercised options at December 31, 1998. No options were exercised by such persons during 1998. 1) The reported options were granted by the Company to the named executive officer. (2) Market value of underlying shares at December 31, 1998, minus the exercise price. (3) The above-reported option entitles Mr. Higgins to purchase from the Company 337,500 shares at a price of $5.75 per share through April 17, 2007 under an option granted on April 17, 1997. The option exercisable in the event Mr. Higgins achieves certain performance criteria set by the committee which administers the Company's 1997 Stock Incentive Plan. (4) The above-reported option entitles Mr. Yeh to purchase from the Company 225,000 shares at a price of $5.75 per share through April 17, 2007 under an option granted on April 17, 1997. The option became exercisable as to 100,000 shares on January 1, 1999. The remaining 125,000 shares underlying this option will become exercisable in the event Mr. Yeh achieves certain performance criteria set by the committee which administers the Company's 1997 Stock Incentive Plan. I think you and others on this thread would find this an interesting company as it is very close to it's bottom. They have many contracts in place and appear ready to move forward, Financials will be reported in the next two weeks..rummored to be profitable.
