Dale, FWIW - I needed to talk with Wayne so I did call him; if the other posts were read subsequent to the one pointed out - resolution and agreement had been reached between us and we have a meeting of the minds. He can call me anytime and I can pm him if I need anything. That is all I wanted; I didn't invade anything and we both prevented a horrible mess by keeping miscommunications going. I called and left my number and he called me back.

It has been recognized by me that if the president CEO whatever of a company can't get the story straight and make an accurate accounting of what XSNI is, someone who gets wind of the stock can't be totally responsible for getting wrong information. This is not about Wayne nor me; it is about XSNI, getting the IPO and manning getting the accurate, third party verifiable information out in a timely manner to ALL shareholders at the same time, and to get that information out "sometime" SOON.

No one convinced me to buy this stock, but Manning convinced me XSNI was the IPO and Lehman's knew all about it and big things were going to happen; well the biggest thing to happen so far has been Lehmans complete disassociation by agent Andy Laslow and the "banker" at his side in the UK Lehmans office. All preceeding publicly filed documentation supports the Lehman's assessment and there has been no substantiation of manning's claims of a Lehmans IPO for XSNI, nor that Lehmans is working on an "upgrade" as manning professed it had been a mistake in the OTCBB listing; when in fact in a public filing manufactured by the management of xstream UK - they indicated they HAD to file with the OTCBB in order to consumate the deal with xstream Canada. There was NO mistake in the OTCBB listing as manning had indicated and perpetuated that rumour; and Lehmans was NOT working on XSNI for either IPO nor upgrade.

This is all rehash and not worth going over again; when there is new information it will be posted. Thanks, Jacalyn
