Now MAMA BEAR, the determination that this suit was frivolous or not is yet to come... How could you say it is frivolous at this stage of the legal proceedings... I as well as you are perhaps not yet aware of all the facts nor may you have a definition of what is legal defamation. There are tests that must be met. Only after those tests are measured can one determine as a fact or as a feeling that the litigation was an act frivolity.
