However, a PRIVATE suit can only result in civil damages, correct? And -- even if it is won -- doesn't necessarily mean that criminal charges are going to be filed.

For criminal punishment to take place, the RICO chages would have to be brought by a government prosecutor. True?

It seems to me that the statements here and elsewhere that "Auric is going to jail" are premature, given the lack of any criminal prosection.
