Two niggles. One: "to assault". Aieee! Joan ...??
Two: making it categorically unlawful to kill. That's more draconian than what we have now. Self-defense should be a recognized "out".

I bet as soon as your neighbor put in a pig farm next to your house there would be a fourth law. It is unlawful to commit nuisances.

Then when your wife ran off and left you with all the kids and refused to pay any support, there comes another law. And so it goes ...

BTW, under your legal system, driving would be a bit hazardous, no? Of course, since there is no law making it illegal not to pay taxes, you wouldn't have any money to build roads. And, of course, you wouldn't have any money to pay police to enforce your three laws.

Well, sounded good for a while, there.
