Thanks, jbe, for your astonishment. A theater group, of which I am a very humble part of the advisory board, divvied up with Streisand the various stories in Rescuers. Streisand's half hit television and was noted here and there. Our half made a play that is still touring and is associated with educational groups around the country. I honestly don't know if anyone on our board is Jewish; it was the issue and a good script that catalyzed.

We also debuted a play, "We Are Your Sisters," derived from writings, memoirs, and notes about the transition of black women through the time of slavery into the time of "freedom" that is also touring periodically. If you are interested, I shall be more than glad to let you know if they tour near you.

jbe--I also did not agree with his comment about Gentiles not caring about Jews. I am in a mixed family and we all love and respect each other for our seperate religious beliefs. I mean, lets remember Ann Frank, for God's sake. However, in spite of that comment, it was a very moving and necessary piece to inform us about an important happening. Myron
