A pool would be perfect right now. One summer I lived in Visalia we had a run of 45 days of 100 or better temps. My best friend's parents had a pool that we used liberally. And it doesn't cool down there at night. Midnight dips were a regular. That and driving up into the mountains where it was a tad cooler and a lot shadier. The a/c in my car didn't work, so I didn't drive anywhere without a cold drink to help take edge off. Your meal sounds delicious. Grilling after the sun starts to go down would be okay. <g>
