Maybe we shouldn't let dumb people vote- when you think of a way to stop them let me know.

"Mebbe we shouldn't let dumb women vote." Some states require women to take the "Voter Qualification Test". It consists of two questions: 1. Are you a male or female? 2. Are you dead or alive? If the woman answers one question correctly she passes and is allowed to vote. The male attendant will show her which levers to pull and instruct her on how to open the curtain when she's done. If she answers both questions incorrectly she is taken back to the pasture and allowed to graze.
