I will double check that the basis for ZIASUN's legal action is that they do not like the opinions of the defendants.... It may be a matter that they find the statements of alleged facts, not their opinions, to be at issue. To say that California has has in place an anti SLAPP statute specifically because it is an abuse of the legal system does not make sense here.... It sounds like the plantiff is alleging damage due to alleged statements of fact that the plantiff will argue is not true..... Why not reserve opinion until the evidence is reviewed and the facts are determined. If one calls a company a scam they had better well be able to prove it.. Its a lot different than one saying they feel like it may be a scam.... Think about it !

You have to understand that Barb believes it is her "constitutional" right to post libelous, non-factual, known lies. Once when I stated that the Constitution does not protect lies she said I was defaming the Constitution. You can't argue with someone who has no grasp of legal and moral wrong.
