Lola: I see you have been watching Manhatten. I have no personal interest. I wish I did. I watched it bottom out at $1.50 as the institutions bailed out and just sat on my hands. In my opinion this is a strong company with very good people at the helm (miners, not stock promoters). They have producing mines in Mexico that are still digging up gold at a cost sufficiently below the world price to be profitable. And now they have an opportunity in Peru to prove up what could be a world class deposit. They have worked long and hard to get there. As I understand it, Tambo Grande is proven, and what they are working on now is the immediate surrounding area. They raised financing for this project when other resource exploration companies couldn't raise a dime. Three or four drills have been working , and I believe this HALT is to announce some strong assay results. So what happens at the opening? Is it a case of "Buy on rumour - Sell on fact", or could it continue to run? In any case, I think you will see lots of volume which is good for the daytraders. Many others are in it for the long term; previous highs were in the range of $13.00.
