The street, with good reason, doesn't believe it. Those projections were wrong in the past, and will be wrong again.

It is uncertainty over both. ATHM management doesn't have much credibility on this issue anymore.

And the service fiascos in the Bay area aren't helping psychology towards the stock. Most high-tech money managers/analysts live in that area, and the word they are spreading back east isn't good.
