I have no position in NetBank. That's not the same as being short. I only invest when the odds appear (to me) to be overwhelmingly in my favor.

In my opinion NetBank will likely move higher but the odds aren't good enough yet for my money. My bets are heaviest on CKFR, WIND, SUNW, CSCO, and ORCL. They are leaders in their field, provide "backbone" services, and have little serious competition. They will succeed as e-commerce grows.

NetBank may move into that category and I may end up buying NetBank stock at a price higher than it is now. That's fine and that works.
