If Tony fought back and did not settle, h'd be still fighting today with no end in sught. He did the right thing by settleing at that time. Unless you had any experience with lawsuits in private or with the government, you can not make a judgemnet on others. Only sides who win there are the lawyers. Your right goes as far as the bottom of your pocket. So, leave Tony alone on that subject. Attack him on other real issues if you have one.
