Log on is now case sensitive. Someone indicated you have to use lower case. In my 'case' I have to use upper case.

I do not know if it is just the password or the password and the user name.

Come on over. A little strange but worth a look. It seems a little less personal over here.

I have the same problem. In my case it's the Username. My Username/login name has hyphens inserted between the letters. The response from SI:

"The "-" in your login name should be acceptable, but I've confirmed that our new database is not handling it properly. We'll try to fix that."
