Slander or more correctly libel or defamation, in this case, by definition, is something written by some party about another party that's damaging to reputation and is UNTRUE. Was Auric being untruthful? Show me the money bubba... Prove it to me.

Your just on the opposite end of the trade and are pissed that someone dares to try to reveal the TRUTH. Good luck LOSER.

As for the law suit, the plaintiff must prove here that Auric was malicious and knowingly lied with intent to damage the company. The court must decide if damage was done and assess damages. IMO, it wont even get to discovery (if you know what that is). Even if, these cases are difficult to prove and the courts are often in favor of the defendant. Remember how your country holds dearly the tenants of 1st Amendment rights (if you know what that is).

But, you've already made up your mind here... I guess you should be judge jury and plaintiff.
