Actually, according to the search it was 20 dated within the last 30 days. Apple had 9. Let me go thru this better and make sure I'm not screwing this up. Since I'm doing this I guess I'll check Wind's competitors and see what they have and let you know tomorrow. Rich

Actually silly for me to do this by myself. There are plenty of sites to check patents but for a quick and dirty last 30 days look try this Ask Jeeves. Just ask the question How many patents does so-and-so have. Gives you a kind of neat page with all patents approved last 30 days or so, internet domain names registered and trademarks. Kind of interesting. Rich
