Intel trading up to 66 in the pre market, anybody know why, beside the fact that it should be????...M Source of this info is Maria on CNBC.

Too bad for the rest of the market that Prudential has also killed the rally today. Ralph Make-us-poora came out on the same call that Intel got upgraded and said that the Dow will hit 12,500-13,000 before the end of summer. There can be no more ominous a signal....
