>>I think you answered your own question in your post.

Badhabit, I should've elicited some rebuttal or something, but when you surmise the future of a stock you put your head on a platter. ( to get splattered a la Gallagher the watermelon smashing comedian)

But I do look at the charts and fundamentals and know pretty well where the earnings are headed this year and GUESS at the market's overall outlook ( past the next 30 to 60 days it is a crapshoot). So I came up with that estimate which is consistent to the other problems exhibitted with converts and as long as WSTL does give a HAYZy outlook it will come ok.

Remember some good things that will happen in the next 6 months from the PRs and expect a couple of others that the management has to produce to keep up the good show.

Meantime I trade literally by the hour/day for a little of this.... I don't want the "that".

>>hold a small position (~1.5% of holdings)

How could you hold much more in such an inexplicable co.? Although I admit to having reached 5% at one time ( and higher if you figure the margin in), but I was delusional (
( I thought that were an ADSL infrastructure play and not a field-trial DSL modem company w/ no margin)

Now I know better.

>> 16-18 range

Somehow cos. get that price to book without earnings, like dotcoms and CSCO/TLAB-types. Which is it?
