I wound up with what looked like a web brown out on a lot of major
backbones and or hubs this morning and had to switch around
my IPS to get any speed. This could all be due to backbone
overload and to much garbage on the net , some of the hubs
are maxed out and running 140% of rated capacity as it is,
and more and more streaming audio and video are be crammed onto
the highway every day.
