Stock back up to 21 3/4 -- can anybody verify the shares outstanding?

Bloomberg's story from June 3 said there were 25 M shares out, which would put the market cap above $500 M again.

The first broker I checked this morning had no borrow available.

Linden:

There are no rational sane responses to your queries.

All that we have to go by is a series of meaningless press releases. The most recent press release about William Wagner is clearly written to "reassure" investors...

When was the last time you saw a press release that listed someone's university degree (William Wagner)? Or claims that Irvine Apartments is listed on the NYSE (there is no such listing on the NYSE)
I could go on and on and on about the absolutely amateur quality of press releases. They read like over inflated PR with absolutely nothing of fact. In addition, the "missing" SEC filing is most ominous (particularly the lack of explanation forthcoming).

Three weeks ago I e-mailed the company asking for investor information and (predictably) have not received a reply. A NON-FUNTIONAL web site for a presumed web-based company is totally mind-boggling... (Any technodweeb with Front Page could construct a better interim site in ten minutes).

This stock moves quickly with small volume trading... For a company with a float of millions of shares the price seems to move too rapidly with only a few thousand shares changing hands... Does this not scare anyone?

Additionally, most of the insider sales seem to originate from investment houses in Canada (Nesbitt Burns). Ever wonder why this is so? For one thing it doesn't attract as much attention from US SEC people...

My bold prediction? The price will go up substantially in the next few days (and we will see plenty more insider selling ... legal but concerning don't you think?)

Invest with care! Just my humble opinion.
