Your comments remind me why Lawyers are preferred to rats for experiments.

1. There are more Lawyers than rats.
2. The researchers don't become fond of the lawyers.
3. There are some things that even a rat won't do.

Therefore, there is no incentive for trial lawyers to pursue the industry unless they can benefit
significantly from it.


There is no end to the number of greedy lawyers and equally greedy plaintiff. They now see a pot of free money and will be relentless in going after it.

Truth, honesty, fairness, ethical behaviour have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with it.

Greed, corruption and dishonesty are a little closer to home here.
