If the government could guarantee protection for the industry the bond issue becomes a non-issue. That's in the best interest of all the participants:

- Lawyers get their money.
- Government get to spend their money now.
- The industry can concentrate in their business.
- Investors see big returns.
- The Consumer get their freedom back.

KING TOBACCO WILL OUTLAST THEM ALL!!!!

My Dad,Grand Dad, Great Grand Dad and on and on have been tobacco farmers. They tell me there has always been something to worry about with tobacco, but its still here.
