Go Call Inc. Announces $2.7 Million Deal and Licensing of Turnkey Online Casino Software Package

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--Go Call Inc. (OTC BB:GOCA) announced that Andros Island Hotel & Casino (OTC BB:ADHCE) has signed a contract to acquire Go Call Inc.'s Margaritaville Caribbean Resort and a license for a turnkey online casino software package.

For the Margaritaville Caribbean Resort, Go Call Inc. will receive $2,500,000 in the form of two convertible debentures for $1,250,000 each. The first debenture is convertible in all or part into 8,928,571 restricted common shares of Andros Hotels & Casinos Inc., and the second debenture is convertible in all or in part into 208,333 restricted common shares of AutoAuction.com Inc. (OTC BB:AAAC).

Both debentures are convertible at the option of Go Call Inc. until June 15, 2001.

For the licensing of the turnkey online casino software package, Go Call Inc. will receive a $200,000 initial fee and an ongoing royalty fee on revenue generated by the licensing of the online casino. The $200,000 initial fee is paid in the form of $100,000 in cash and $100,000 in the form of an additional 1,388,888 restricted common shares of Andros Hotels and Casinos Inc.

Go Call Inc.'s divestiture of the Margaritaville Caribbean Resort is part of the plan to pursue the Internet entertainment and e-commerce markets by way of strategic business and financial arrangements. The GoCasino.com is still a licensee of Go Call Inc., and Go Call Inc. is currently in negotiations for several additional licensing agreements for turnkey online casino software packages.

Andros Island Hotel & Casino has interests in the following companies:

1) 17.5% ownership position of AutoAuction.com 2) 100% ownership of Seven-Seas Casinos Inc., which operates gaming

ships 3) 100% ownership of 1,880 acres of prime land on Andros Islands in

the Bahamas, where it plans to construct a Caribbean resort

complex at Kemp's Bay

AutoAuction.com has two operating auto auctions with a dealer base of 1,500 dealers, and it is launching an Internet Auto Auction site. AutoAuction.com has interests in the following companies:

1) 100% ownership of Haines City Auto Auction in Haines City,

Florida 2) 100% ownership of Airport Auto Auction in Melbourne, Florida 3) Internet Auto Auction site with a dealer base of more than 1,500

dealers in Florida
