After I lost the better part of my trading capital on buying puts over the last coupla months, as of two weeks ago I have started buying calls again.

My trading partner (my brother) and I have decided that if the market wants to go up and is supported by every mutual fund, fed offical and daytrader, we would be going to way of the dodo if we kept going short.

Add that to the way puts are priced, you end up paying a high premium and when the stock goes down 1, you get a teenth....if it goes up 1, you lose a half.

Sooooo what we figured was...no more going short. Ever.
