George: Thanks for your feedback and making the point about treating all valued employees properly. I once heard a priest define management as "The exploitation of people and manipulation of money to further your own goals." I sure hope Cadence hasn't fallen into that trap. Beyond the personnel aspect, I have a real concern for companies that are the leaders in their field and who lead the way in product discounting. When the leader does this for a significant period of time, they destroy the entire industry for a generation. It sounds like Cadence has been slipping into this trap. Hopefully, they are beginning to mature and will exercise some discipline in their future sales. Have a good week. Arnie
