George,
The appeal is the "concept" of the net enabling lower cost alternatives for consumers. Whether this actually occurs is yet to be seen, but in the interim, the liquidity of the boomers will drive good concept stocks like this higher. JMHO

Look at the business fundamentals. I know lots of folks don't, and trade only on momentum, but many do...I wouldn't be investing in commercial real estate reits that own bank branch facilities... AS for the cliff jumping, talk to a few of those early entry folks on the AMAZON, YHOO, EGRP, ETC threads. Might be looking at buying some cliffs rather than jumping from them...
