Andover News Network Cisco Seeks Mexican Partner to Offer Internet Telephone Services MEXICO CITY, Jul. 5 (El Financiero/Infolatina)-- Before the end of the year Cisco Systems plans to form an alliance with a Mexican company to provide voice, data and video transmission services using Internet Protocol. The new services would offer clients long distance transmission for the cost of a local connection, apparently with the same sound quality as traditional technology. IP technology has saved Cisco 650 million dollars in costs, said company representatives.
