Regards the free serve offering, I went to their web site and it appears that they will be completing the offering before month end. This time table is consistent with prior reports. The offering documentation is to be sent out to the qualified applicants during the week of July 12 and those interested in participating will only have a few days in which to respond. While the site does not specify the date on which the offering will close, it does state that the shares will begin trading about one week after the close of the offering. As you note, the offering is not available to U.S. residents. Hopefully, Jon C or another of our UK brothers and sisters will be able to get their hands on a copy of the offering circular. I am very curious to get a sense of the economics of the free ISP model. Is there a UK equivalent to the Edgar site?
