Cytogen Corp. Files To Offer Up To 3.5M Cmn Shrs
WASHINGTON -- Cytogen Corp. (CYTO) filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commision to offer up to 3.5 million common shares to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.
The company said in a filing that it intends to use the proceeds from the sale of common stock for general corporate purposes, according to Federal Filings Business News.
