INPH new all time high at noon 25 1/4. fibre channel, remote
access and mass storage technology.

Based on INPH closing price of $22.375 on 07/02/99

Percentage price change year-to-date 219.6%

Percentage change, last 52 Weeks 237.7%

Price/Earnings Ratio (last 4 quarters) 47.5

Price/Sales Ratio (last 4 quarters) 1.8

Market Capitalization $125 million

don't focus on the dollars with an eye of an accountant.
this is a growth story that makes the $amounts secondary.
inph has 3 areas of growth to them that makes this story
most attractive. fibre channel, remote access/wan and mass
storage. inph introduced their first fibre product in 96.
last year 98 fibre channel revs. for the year were 14%.
remote access and mass storage were 11%&25% respectively.
that's pretty good numbers for a product line that more the
most part didn't exist 2 yrs. ago. the other part that you
missed in the numbers, was the nearly 30% growth in sales in
europe.with the parnerships they have put together in europe
i'm looking for strong growth to take place next year as their internet
paging co. takes off.working with alcatel doesn't hurt either.

in the first qt. fibre channel revs. grew at 231% and remote
access/wan revs. were up 168%. mass storage was 31% of total
revs. inph had a 140% increase to their second largest customer
account and that would lead me to believe that that was with
IBM because of the big increase in sales in remote access products.

as far as quality inph has 3 or 4 best of bread awards. network
world and frost&sullivan and lan times has highlighted inph.
the advantages that inph has in the san market will also be enhanced
because of the interoperability forum that will be
held at their test facility in dallas this month. these sessions
have become benchmarks for determining emerging fibre channel
products and new storage area solutions. the fact that inph is
hosting these forums should also speak volumes for their place
in the sector. i posted last week an update of who is going to show for
this forum and it is just about everyone that is a player

the float is a very good point. with the stock over $20 many of
the institutions will stop worrying over liquidiy. and in the next 2 yrs inph
will buy up 12% of the shares out. there is a
100,000,000 shares authorized so stock splits if they come
should be a piece of cake. if the stock really takes of this
fall to levels like emlx or qlgc i can vision 3for1 for their
first split but that's really putting the cart before the horse.
