Here's the reason for the drop today (see quote below). This came out as everyone was leaving town for the long weekend. Al's fun and S-Choir probably saw this, and didn't want anyone to see this. These words were taken directly from the financial statement:

"However, in the event that we are unable to obtain interim financing by mid-July 1999, we will be forced to cutback or suspend operations and/or seek protection under the bankruptcy laws."

I think Al and you are right. If there were any real problems with PICK I don't think the noteholders would have converted. The MM's are keeping the price down, but, it is still higher than when I bought it, and I still think that the potential is there. Maybe I should buy some more shares at a bargain.
