Teflon: MSFT 5 million shares behind an avg. vol. day. No real commitment from the big boys. JFD

<OT> Teflon, welcome back! Re: CNET. I picked up some shares Friday for 49 7/16. However, I bought a pretty small position, because I wanted to see how it behaves today before buying more. I'm thinking of picking up a ton, if it breaks 52 3/4 today, as it would confirm that this is not just a short-lived technical rebound. I know you've been following this stock for a long time... in your view, do you see CNET breaking 55 before the end of the week? Sorry, for the short-term perspective (got to do that capital allocation thing<g>). TIA!

Morgan

Teflon, I did not do an options day trade. Instead i picked up MSFT just over 91 and sold over 92. The dip in the stock was not significant for me to take a chance.

I am not buying any more options. I am just looking for selling opportunities for my July 70,75,85,90,92.5, and a few 95s (not selling leaps). I have not been a big player of out of the money calls this time around as the risk/reward did not appeal to me. I might even start unloading my 70s and 75s today. I had great gains on these and maybe it is better not to get too greedy. On second thought, maybe i should lighten up at all strike prices(will at least think about it). I am way too heavy into MSFT. Profit taking can't be bad, especially with options. I will still have lots of stock and leaps options and will be able to benefit from further upside anyways.
