A big problem in those places is that children grow up w/o a stable home environment, they have an unknown or absent father and the mother may be married five or so times, each spawn sired by a different and often unknown lout. Why not just loot a bank or demand kickbacks like he and Hill did? At the very least Bill should get Hill down there and get to work teaching them all the Hillary way to financial freedom - especially how they all can make $100k investing in commodity futures - and all just for the price of subscribing to the WSJ! Adjunct professor AlGore could teach them all about the guaranteed rewards of tobacco farming and the glory of shaking down Buddhist nuns for laundered $$$- all the while denouncing tobacco companies and calling for campaign finance reform!
