I don't know if this has been mentioned as there are several hundred posts I haven't read here- but yesterday on the news I heard a report about two preteen- 11 years old!- females who sexually abused a three year old.
It was classified as a kidnapping. They didn't know the baby. EVen sadder, is that the baby's parents didn't report her missing for 6 or 7 hours. SHe's now in a foster home pending a protective services investigation.
