Philip,

They need the cash to pay the management salaries and can't afford to buy back shares. They have handed over control of the key asset to Placer Dome, which recently announced that it was reviewing all of its projects. I would not be surprised to see them drop Cerro Casale. And to think that management could have sold the company when it was trading at $18 and decided to get greedy and lost.
