Watching real time, there is definitely something going on. Also institutional interest is much more evident than usual for Wind. I did notice when looking at the patent issue that Wind has registered the domain names PostPCERA.com and POSTPCERA.ORG as of 30 Jun. This may just be a broker upgrade we haven't seen yet or it may be something else. Rich

Maybe the analyst with the lowest rating dropped coverage. Previously there was only one analyst with estimates for FY2001/2002, and those disappeared.
