Thanks for a sane question. I consider anything under 5 million small, but others might stretch that to 10 or 20 million. Depends on the market cap for the stock too.

Do you have a particular stock in mind?

I consider a small float a percentage of avg daily vol/# shares in float.

I mostly play with OTC-BB's and have seen a 500k float will 3000vol daily average do nothing but go up 15000% if the vol that day goes to 300,000 or more.
