FWIW, I traded with another RealTick outfit and for a variety of reasons I won't bore you with at this point I became convinced that the problem was the architecture of RealTick, the product itself and the necessary hardware infrastructure to support it. As such, I moved to QCharts (about $130/month for charts, level II) and am opening up with CyberCorp using CyberX (order entry only, $15/trade, no monthly data fee).

Obviously, it appears Watley has other problems (attitude) but I can tell you that QCharts requires a lot less bandwidth than RealTick and the 'problems' are a lot less severe. Haven't enough experience yet with CyberX to make any comments there. Anyway, the QCharts/CyberX combo is something you might want to consider doing some DD on. There are SI threads for both products.
