Bob can you post the story. I don't believe it all. Though they could pay $17 a share for a larger equity stake.

The top of the morning to you..I do not think many people know this but IATV is a subsidiary of Modern Computer systems. (OTC MODS). From my understanding there will be a story in newsweek next week on this..Also next Wed, Thur, and Friday, Mods will be meeting with the Kaufmann fund and also with Soundview Technology gp...( this is the group that put a buy rec out on IATV )...As with any issue, everyone should do their own homework. You can call Doug Martin at 1-888-736-9008, and ask for a package. If your a golfer, as for some golf balls also. I'm recovering from by-pass surgery, and have a lot of time on my hands.
