<<I rarely talk to management, it clouds my rational deliberations.>>

Zeev I've been pointing out that inadequacy in your outlook for months!! Thank you for sharing...

You are guilty of what I call the "sin of omission" you have purposefully remained ignorant "same as Brubaker" of company press releases of their current status and base your sole opinion on SEC documents.

And least you point out your own narrow-minded myopic point of view and give no credence to company PR. Kinda like "My mind is made up, don't confuse me with ALL the facts"...

That is why your point of view has little value from my perspective since you have never spoken, met, or visited any Valence staff, sites or Directors.

Phooey on your opinion!!! Especially coming from your genius status...

Zeev, I've been in the market too for some 35 years, and I've always felt that the required SEC filings never paint the true picture of a company, especially start-up companies that lack the usual earnings stream. You admit they're a necessary short cut to DD, and they usually are, but in the case of Valence, they're woefully inadequate. Don't you think "clear and present danger" was a bit over-zealous based on a reality-challenged SEC report?

<<I rarely talk to management, it clouds my rational deliberations.>>

But Zeev sits back and dishes out the negative slant WITHOUT knowing all the facts. Valence gives the shareholders a conference call every 4 months and Zeev doesn't listen in.?.?.?.Larry says he couldn't listen to the whole call because he had other priorities and Larry literally spends hours every day filling the board with negative, slanted information (his priority) yet he didn't have the interest to listen to the whole conference call!!! These two were actually scared they might hear something positive....

By the way, I listened to the whole call via the telephone and liked what I heard!!!!

Zeev:

We're up nearly 300% since you said to dump this garbage at $1.25....<<<If you have any of this garbage still in your pocket, sell it here between $1.25 to $1.5, and don't wait much after those 7.5 MM to 10 MM shares are distributed to the public here above $1.25, that is going to be a true "musical chairs" game.>>
