Bill, She's a law professor without a law degree and a grunt research analyst in the gov't beaurocracy. A grunt research analyst, but according to her, she knows everything. I wonder if her "brilliance" is the reason she does not have a law degree? Perhaps she got her job due to the affirmative action program, or perhaps her politics was "right".
