Would you at least agree that the CBs are not taking any positive steps to re-enforce their investment in gold? Is not the opposite actually the case? At least their actions have the opposite effect.

Daily announcements of CB gold sales, or IMF gold sales unquestionably have negative implications wouldn't you agree? If you do agree, then what does that say about the attitude of the Banks? Would they not be net buyers, or at least stop their selling and leasing if they were interested in maintaining gold as a strong reserve to back up their own currency? Innocent uninterested bystanders in the POG they are not.

If I had a million dollars, given the attitude of the CBs, I doubt if I would invest it in gold at this time. We agree on that no doubt, but probably disagree on how the world has arrived at this situation.
