It may be a done deal. Define what a done deal is. They aren't going out of business. If they are going to be owned by another company, does that mean they won't be trading as GNCI anymore? Does that mean a stock swap with the Dutch company? Or does it mean business as usual for buying & selling GNCI stock but now they have expanded their potential?

If you do not sell your shares, what happens?

Anybody have some thoughts?

Roger
