It was an easy choice at the time. I am at peace with the thing now, but there was a time when it bothered me. It makes you wonder what some of these young women must go through.

As I've said before, I can not condone or endorse abortion under any circumstances for myself. I think its wrong plain and simple. That said, I also think it would be wrong for the federal government to get in the business of regulating abortions. IMO its best left to be addressed at the local level as each state or even local community sees fit. I must say I am also greatly disturbed by the industry abortion has become. I also take great offense to the strident abortion on demand advocates, with the emphasis on the demand, who see every reason why their should be restrictions placed on all sorts of activities (like gun ownership which is expressly mentioned in the Constitution) and none on the products of sexual activity (which gained special status by a judicial fiat in a phony case). Can't have your cake and eat it too. JLA
