John, I guess it doesn't really matter if we understand the precise use of the tools or not. In the last couple months, MTSN has announced new, leading edge equipment for Epi, Strip, CVD as well as sales for each. AMAT, on the other hand, seems to announce an intent to have a product some time towards the end of the year or maybe next year sometime. The "bridge" tool concept to my knowledge is unique. No other supplier has any tools which can be used for both 200 and 300mm without any modification whatsoever to the process chamber. IMO, this will be a massive advantage in making sales during the next couple years before 300mm becomes commonplace. Ian.
