Cannacord have that original stock from C M Oliver. The small Sprott selling is possibly someone getting a little bored as we are going sideways. It could also be exercise of stock options, why not sell through the broker who did a research report which was quite excellent by the way.

Is Ottawa and Victoria pulling the strings. You're more skilled than me can anybody find out if Sprott and Cannacord are buying/selling for these two governments. Both governments own warrants in BLD that can't be exercised until between March 19 2001 and October 29 2002 @ $26.03(1.25 mil warrants). There is a royalty agreement of 4% up to max. of $38,000/future powerplant sale in exchange for 32% of the prototype costs for a 250kw demonstration stationary power plant. BLD has to make a profit before the royalty kicks in on each stationary plant sold. (estimated cost of 1 mil/kw to build the prototype)

Too many events are out of place e.g. MX's Kitimat 90 mil. income tax bill seems to have vanished. MX sold Kitimat to a European company that doesn't want to use the methanol for fuel. The feds are going to N.A.F.T.A. about the pending billion dollar pollution law suit California has with MX.

The 10 mil. Hydrogen plant being built in PoCo by an engineering company with the same name as the environment minister,(was it tendered) So far I have found almost 200 mil. of direct/indirect government funding. Throw in 30 mil. for the research centre in Vancouver that BLD 'needs' before they build a factory. Then there is assorted grants dating back to 1983 BLD or related predecessors got.

Keep digging you'll find lots. Fortunately GLE is in a political jurisdiction that has a different philosophy and won't be affected by this political interference. Still it's a matter of principle have fun!
